On April 22, 2015, the list of "100 Red Notice Fugitives" was released.
The list refers to the red notices for 100 individuals, which are issued by the National Central Bureau of INTERPOL in China for 100 state employees who are suspected of crimes and important corruption cases.
A red notice is an international notice issued by INTERPOL. The target of the red notice is a fugitive for whom the relevant national legal agency has issued an arrest warrant and requested member countries for extradition.
China hopes to use channels like INTERPOL, to ask the relevant national law enforcement agencies to strengthen cooperation, and assist in bringing the relevant suspects back to justice.
Photos, names, former workplaces, ID numbers, times of flight, possible whereabouts, red notice numbers etc. of related individuals are all openly available on the official website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
According to the head of the international fugitive repatriation and asset recovery office of the central anti-corruption coordination group, internationally pursuing state personnel suspected of criminal offenses and individuals involved in important corruption cases, is an important measure of the "Skynet" action.
It is conducive to strengthening international cooperation and improving the efficiency of pursuing fugitives and recovering assets.
